A Personal Journey

Heart Shaped Organics was never created as just another wellness brand. It was born from a personal health journey.

After experiencing thyroid issues, the founder began searching for natural ways to support her body. During that journey she discovered sea moss—a mineral-rich sea plant that has been traditionally used for generations.

At the time, sea moss was almost impossible to find in Curaçao. She ordered it from abroad simply to support her own wellness, never imagining it would become something much bigger.

When she shared her excitement and experience on Instagram, people became curious. Friends, family, and followers started asking where they could get it too. What started as a simple personal purchase quickly turned into a small business built entirely through word of mouth.

That one decision became the beginning of Heart Shaped Organics.

Growing With Purpose

As more people discovered sea moss, the business naturally expanded.

Soon customers were asking about other herbs, herbal remedies, teas, and natural body care products. Instead of following trends, Heart Shaped Organics focused on sharing carefully selected herbs and creating products inspired by traditional herbal wisdom and a deep respect for nature.

Every product is chosen with intention, using simple ingredients whenever possible and avoiding unnecessary additives.

Over the years, Heart Shaped Organics has grown into more than just a shop—it has become a community of people who believe in living closer to nature and supporting their bodies through mindful, natural choices.

More Than Products

One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been connecting with people through herbal education.

Through the Feel Bo Blend workshops (“Feel Your Blend” in Papiamentu), participants are invited to experience herbs with all of their senses—touching, smelling, tasting, observing, and learning to appreciate every plant for its unique qualities.

Watching people reconnect with nature in this way revealed something powerful: many of us have simply forgotten how deeply connected we are to the natural world.

Those workshops reinforced the belief that one of Heart Shaped Organics’ greatest purposes is to help people rediscover that connection.

Our Philosophy

At Heart Shaped Organics, we believe that nature provides incredible gifts that deserve our respect.

Our philosophy is built on simplicity, quality, sustainability, and mindfulness. We believe that fewer ingredients are often better, which is why we prioritize raw, minimally processed products and organic ingredients whenever possible.

We carefully source our herbs, choose eco-friendly packaging whenever we can, and continuously look for ways to reduce our impact on the environment.

To us, wellness is about more than products. It is about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, nourishing the body, and remembering that we are part of something much greater than ourselves.

Looking Ahead

Today, Heart Shaped Organics proudly serves customers from the Netherlands while remaining deeply connected to its Caribbean roots.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same as it was on day one:
